We may collect environmental data from our Product (such as: video and audio signals, humidity data, rain sensor data, flow sensor data, and sensor information when something is moving or lighting status to turn on the night vision). We may also collect direct adjustments you make to the Product to learn the environmental data or help you with your user experience.

We may collect the model and serial number of the Product, the location and usage of the Product, the software version, the connectivity status and other technical information to perform our Services or improve your experience.

How to delete your information
- You may request deletion or inactivation of your Account by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- You can stop all collection of information by the App by uninstalling the App. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device.

Our Product and Services are not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

In order to be in line with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we will notify the users via email within 72 hours should a data breach occur.
